This Returns & Refund Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and explains your rights regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds when purchasing from WeR1.
2. Custom & Personalised Items (No Right to Cancel)
As our products are custom printed and made to order, they are classed as personalised goods.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you do not have the right to cancel or return the following:
Custom printed clothing
Personalised or made-to-order items
Any product created specifically to your specification
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or returned unless it is faulty or not as described.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You are entitled to receive goods that are:
Of satisfactory quality
Fit for purpose
As described
If your item:
Is faulty
Is damaged on arrival
Does not match the description

We will assess the issue and, where required by law, provide one of the following:
Replacement
Repair
Refund
4. Evidence Requirement
To help us resolve your issue quickly, we may request:
Photographic evidence of the fault or damage
Your order number
A description of the issue
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may delay resolution.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
We aim to process refunds within [5–10 working days] after approval.
6. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
