At WeR1, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery times, and related information, and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales).

Orders placed after 2pm GMT will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Please note: Some items may be made-to-order or printed on demand, which may affect processing times.

3. Delivery Timeframes

United Kingdom

Standard Delivery: 1–2 working days after your order has been dispatched

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

However, in accordance with UK law, we will deliver your goods within 30 days of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed with you.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.

6. Risk and Ownership

Your order becomes your responsibility from the time it is delivered to the address you provided.

Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

WeR1 is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

8. Delays Outside Our Control

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:

High demand periods

Courier disruptions

Severe weather

Customs processing

Where possible, we will keep you informed of any significant delays.

9. Incorrect Addresses

You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery details are accurate at the time of purchase.

WeR1 will not be liable for failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

10. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under UK consumer law, you are entitled to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

If your order:

Arrives damaged

Is defective

Is incorrect

Is lost in transit

Please contact us via our contact form within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

We will investigate and, where required by law, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
